Na sua forma bruta, a alta \u00e9 significativa. &#8220;A alta chegou a 2,36% em m\u00e9dia na semana passada. O mercado interno equivale a 25% do consumo. O restante, 75%, vai para a exporta\u00e7\u00e3o. E, consequentemente, no varejo, j\u00e1 que os preju\u00edzos acabam sendo repassados ao consumidor final.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bullet added-to-list1\" data-v-232111b4=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"topicText\" data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><strong data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Mas a economista acredita que n\u00e3o faltar\u00e1 produtos nas g\u00f4ndolas dos supermercados. <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"text-node\">&#8220;Todas as perdas que os agricultores tiveram acabam elevando os pre\u00e7os porque eles trabalham com margem de lucro e muitos riscos. Se eles n\u00e3o ganham, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 incentivo para voltar a plantar&#8221;, diz a economista.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"bullet mt-0\" data-v-232111b4=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Aumento nas frutas e hortali\u00e7as<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"bullet added-to-list1\" data-v-232111b4=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"topicText\" data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><strong data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">A laranja tamb\u00e9m ter\u00e1 seu pre\u00e7o elevado. <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"text-node\">An\u00e1lise feita pela Conab afirma que \u00e9 preciso considerar o panorama internacional para o suco, uma vez que o Brasil \u00e9 o maior produtor do mundo da fruta e de suco e os estoques est\u00e3o baixos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bullet added-to-list1\" data-v-232111b4=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"topicText\" data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><strong data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">A tend\u00eancia \u00e9 que a ind\u00fastria continue com demanda forte, mas a safra prevista ser\u00e1 baixa. <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"text-node\">Isso tende a levar a uma menor oferta do produto para o atacado e mercado de mesa, fazendo com que os pre\u00e7os se mantenham elevados por mais tempo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bullet added-to-list1\" data-v-232111b4=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"topicText\" data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><strong data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">A produ\u00e7\u00e3o de melancia tamb\u00e9m pode ser bastante afetada em S\u00e3o Paulo e em Goi\u00e1s. <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"text-node\">Em SP, \u00e9 uma fruta que se desenvolve e suporta bem o calor, mas sob influ\u00eancias de extremos clim\u00e1ticos pode perder qualidade normal para o per\u00edodo do ano, em entressafra em diversos locais. <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"text-node\">No entanto, essa alta foi acentuada e continua sendo afetada pela irregularidade da chuva, que provocou estresse h\u00eddrico e prejudicou os bananais e o desenvolvimento dos cachos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bullet mt-0 added-to-list1\" data-v-232111b4=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"topicText\" data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><strong data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">As hortali\u00e7as costumam ter pre\u00e7os em queda no per\u00edodo de seca. <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"text-node\">Mas, conforme a Conab, a prolongada aus\u00eancia de chuvas pode prejudicar as lavouras que n\u00e3o possuem sistema de irriga\u00e7\u00e3o. A aten\u00e7\u00e3o mais especial se destina \u00e0 cenoura e ao tomate, produtos mais suscet\u00edveis ao clima e que j\u00e1 t\u00eam ciclos de alta e quedas constantes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"bullet\" data-v-232111b4=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Menos pasto encarece a carne, leite e outros derivados<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"bullet added-to-list1\" data-v-232111b4=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"topicText\" data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><strong data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">O pre\u00e7o da arroba do boi gordo no atacado deve subir 2,47%. <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"text-node\">No varejo, ainda n\u00e3o h\u00e1 previs\u00e3o, informa a economista da Unifesp.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bullet added-to-list1\" data-v-232111b4=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"topicText\" data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><strong data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Com o pasto seco, os pecuaristas precisam complementar a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do gado com mais ra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"text-node\">. Conforme pesquisadores do Centro de Estudos Avan\u00e7ados em Economia Aplicada &#8211; Esalq\/USP), o clima est\u00e1 bastante seco e a oferta de animais criados a pasto, cada vez mais escassa. Grandes quantidades de carbono, nitrog\u00eanio, pot\u00e1ssio e enxofre s\u00e3o perdidas para a atmosfera.
