Mas encontraram fortalezas em \u00e1reas de alto apelo, como a ind\u00fastria da beleza, e refor\u00e7am a viabilidade de um caminho sustent\u00e1vel para a explora\u00e7\u00e3o da floresta.<!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"52\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container added-to-list1\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">O diagn\u00f3stico \u00e9 de uma pesquisa do programa Amaz\u00f4nia em Casa, Floresta em P\u00e9, da Climate Ventures. O estudo atraiu a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o de 222 marcas amaz\u00f4nicas, das quais 35 foram selecionadas para entrevistas em profundidade sobre temas que v\u00e3o do modelo de neg\u00f3cio ao perfil financeiro. Abaixo, as principais descobertas do levantamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"1\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\">\n<h2 data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Origem<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"47\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container added-to-list1\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Segundo o estudo, 71% das marcas ficam na Regi\u00e3o Norte (sendo mais de um ter\u00e7o delas no Par\u00e1 e quase um quarto no Amazonas). Dezoito por cento das marcas pesquisadas ficam no Sudeste e 1%, no Sul: compram insumos na Amaz\u00f4nia e os processam em suas regi\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"1\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\">\n<h2 data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Segmentos<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"34\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container added-to-list1\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Cerca de um ter\u00e7o (32%) das marcas atua com alimentos, e um quinto (21%) pertence ao ramo de cosm\u00e9ticos naturais \u2014 uma \u00e1rea privilegiada pelo alto valor agregado e apelo comercial, inclusive no exterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"1\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\">\n<h2 data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Estrutura<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"41\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container added-to-list1\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">O estudo detectou alto n\u00edvel de informalidade. Um ter\u00e7o (34%) das marcas tem equipes de dois a cinco funcion\u00e1rios, e 29% n\u00e3o t\u00eam colaboradores fixos e remunerados. Algumas contratam m\u00e3o de obra sazonal para a colheita ou o processamento de mat\u00e9ria-prima.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"1\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\">\n<h2 data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Faturamento<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"31\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container added-to-list1\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Quanto ao enquadramento, 30% das marcas s\u00e3o MEI e outros 30%, microempresas. O faturamento anual \u00e9 baixo: varia entre R$ 50 mil e R$ 500 mil. Apenas 35% s\u00e3o financeiramente sustent\u00e1veis.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"1\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\">\n<h2 data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">Sustentabilidade<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"43\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container added-to-list1\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-pf_style_display=\"block\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\"><span class=\"text-node\">De acordo com o panorama, 83% das marcas priorizam mat\u00e9rias-primas colhidas de forma sustent\u00e1vel e renov\u00e1vel, respeitando os ciclos naturais.
