Empres\u00e1rios e confedera\u00e7\u00f5es de empregadores pediam um tempo para se adequar \u00e0 medida.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-59qii\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"23\" data-block-id=\"14\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Mat\u00e9ria - Links no Texto\">O governo a princ\u00edpio se colocou contra a transi\u00e7\u00e3o, mas chegou a um acordo para permitir a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o gradativa da redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada.<\/p>\n<div id=\"chunk-9f26t\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"43\" data-block-id=\"17\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Mat\u00e9ria - Links no Texto\">O relator fixou que, decorridos 60 dias da promulga\u00e7\u00e3o, todas as conven\u00e7\u00f5es e acordos coletivos que forem incompat\u00edveis com as novas jornadas perdem a validade automaticamente. Esse ponto servir\u00e1 como uma trava para obrigar sindicatos e empresas a sentarem na mesa de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-90t3n\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"19\" data-block-id=\"18\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Mat\u00e9ria - Links no Texto\">A PEC inscreve na Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o <span class=\"highlight highlighted\">a exig\u00eancia de duas folgas remuneradas por semana, uma delas, de prefer\u00eancia, aos domingos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-7j80i\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"45\" data-block-id=\"19\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Mat\u00e9ria - Links no Texto\">\n<blockquote class=\"content-blockquote theme-border-color-primary-before\"><p>\u201cA diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da dura\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho normal e o incremento do repouso semanal remunerado em cumprimento \u00e0 presente Emenda Constitucional aplicam-se aos contratos de trabalho em vigor e ser\u00e3o implementados sem qualquer redu\u00e7\u00e3o salarial, seja nominal, proporcional ou de qualquer outra esp\u00e9cie\u201d, estabelece a PEC.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-pjkl\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"25\" data-block-id=\"20\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Mat\u00e9ria - Links no Texto\">A PEC ainda determina que deve ser \u201cgarantido o gozo de pelo menos um dos dias dentro do per\u00edodo m\u00e1ximo de uma semana de trabalho\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-23iq5\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"36\" data-block-id=\"21\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Mat\u00e9ria - Links no Texto\">Ficar\u00e3o fora das novas regras estabelecidas pela PEC os trabalhadores com diploma de n\u00edvel superior e que ganham a partir de duas vezes e meia o teto do INSS \u2014 cerca de R$ 20 mil atualmente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-clo59\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"33\" data-block-id=\"22\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Mat\u00e9ria - Links no Texto\">Para estes profissionais, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o aplicadas as regras de jornada e controle de ponto.
